Staying on track

Hey guys

I wanted to write about how to staying on track and why it is so hard for so many people.

First, you have to know your source of motivation. Always keep in mind that motivation is temporary so you should not build everything up on this one thought. Because if you lose the motivation you lose your believe that leads you to give up.

If you do it right (that means a healthy and lifestyle changing weightloss journey) the progress will come slowly, but always keep in mind that it will probably stay in your life for you whole life! A crash diet perhaps give you the results you were looking for but it will also give you some sideeffects you did not want.

Take notice of the small changes and always focus what you have been accomplish so far (even the little changes). Its nothing wrong in dreaming big. But big dreams need big dones.

You have to bring yourself in the mood in the spirit of enjoying life in its fullest and to say: no matter what I am a tiny step closer to my goals than I was yesterday!

Always have joy by what you are doing. If you're not than you definitely not on your track!

Self-made veggie-burger! Yum!

Hello cuties!

I created a few days ago and delicious recipe on burgers (just because I really wanted one) and suprisingly it turned out really well! So here's the recipe

You need: 1/2 onion (about 50g)
                 1 huge carrot (about 100g)
                 30-50g oats
                 10g wheat bran (optional)
                 1 whole egg
                 spices

First, chop the onion into little pieces, rub the carrot. Mix them together. Then, you can either use a blender to blend oats and the egg together or you can leave the oats and just put them to the veggies and blend it there with the egg togehter. ( I tried both varities and they turned both as good as the other)
Now make about 4 burgers and put them into a mini oven for about 15 minutes by 180°C.

And then you're done!

[ each veggie-burger is about 91 calories - yeah! ]

Hope you enjoy making them, let me know how they turn out and have fun making these!

                  2 t.sp. oats
2-3 t.sp. joghurt (depends on how flexibel you want them)
1 t.sp. wheat bran (for fiber - optional)
                   some cinnamon

-> you put all the ingredients together and mix them well in a blender. After that you prepare your pan with some coconut oil and make about 2 crepes (depends how big you make them).
They are ready in literally seconds. And here we go with our healthy and easy crepes!
